useable points

I don't understand the difference between useable points and nonuseable points. What can you use points for?

Well mostly you have to make up your own uses for them. For example, a lot of people use them to bet on sporting events. I bet several times during the college football season with a friend on here. You could bet on other things too. You can also transfer points to other people on here if they are too impatient to play games to work on building up a lot of points for themselves. Of course, there are a lot of people who don't care about points, and that's fine too.
